Group Deputy Chairman
Datuk Wong serves as the Group Deputy Chairman of GD Holdings and the Managing Director of The Origin Foods Sdn Bhd (TOF). He leads the Group in all matters related to government and regulatory engagement, product feasibility studies, and domestic and international trade. His leadership encompasses exploring new overseas markets, expanding existing ones, and overseeing the development of marketing strategies and business plans.
He plays a pivotal role in the Manufacturing and Biotech Division, overseeing product research and development and chairing the Technical Advisory Board. Additionally, Datuk Wong is responsible for the Corporate Finance functions of the Group, which include implementing internal control systems, managing project cash flows, liaising with financial institutions for end-financing, handling legal matters related to land acquisitions and joint ventures, and overseeing corporate exercises such as mergers and acquisitions.
In August 2025, he was appointed as the President of the Selangor and Kuala Lumpur Guangxi Association. Previously, he served as the Deputy Treasurer of the Malaysia Guangxi Chamber of Commerce (MGCC) from 2020 to 2023, and as the Treasurer of the Selangor and Kuala Lumpur Guangxi Association from 2019 to 2022.
Datuk Wong is a Management Accountant by profession. He was admitted as a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and as an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, United Kingdom (ACMA, UK) in 1996. In 2013, he attained the designation of Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA, UK).

Datin Sri Teh has been a shareholder and Executive Director of GD Holdings since 2014. She brings with her over 30 years of experience in sales administration, credit control, banking, finance, and property sectors. Prior to joining the Group, she held key management positions in legal and financial institutions, where she developed a strong foundation in operations and financial administration.
At GD Holdings, Datin Sri Teh provides strategic leadership in Human Resources, Administration, and Information Technology. Her portfolio includes statutory and legal compliance, compensation and benefits, training and development, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. She also plays an instrumental role in driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the Group’s infrastructure, systems, and overall operational efficiency

With his extensive experience, strategic foresight, and leadership wisdom, Dato’ Sri Yeat Sew Chuong continues to steer GD Holdings toward greater heights strengthening the Group’s foundation, enhancing agility, and forging strategic alliances that drive sustainable, win-win growth.
